Dinner session,collaboration with artist Wei Shao, Shanghai, CN, May 2023
The dinner setup includes objects that connect to the local environment. In May, when there are many pomegranate flowers on the ground in Shanghai, we incorporate them into the table arrangement, bringing a touch of the local flora to the dining experience.
Additionally, we use white socks and a shared recipe to symbolize and share memories of home through the simple act of preparing and enjoying eggs. These objects are chosen specifically to evoke a sense of nostalgia and personal stories, capturing the essence of home through familiar and relatable elements of our everyday lives.
